Should SCOTUS Be Reformed?

Bernstein thinks not:

Today’s conservative Court is simply a reflection of, basically, that there have been a few more years of Republican presidents over the last three decades. If we’re now in a run of 12 years of Democratic presidents, it would almost certainly end with a solid Democratic majority on the courts, one that would persist through quite a few years of Republican presidents.
