CRISIS OF FAITH – A DEBATE

I was hoping to generate something of a debate with my recent piece on conservatism’s growing incoherence. I’m grateful for the many emails, and I’ll be posting more with my responses in the coming days. But Ramesh Ponnuru has also engaged the essay with his usual scalpel. Rather than clog up the Dish, I’ve created a debate page on the blog here. I’ll link to or reproduce all the most salient criticisms and do my best to engage, rebut or concede them.
