Army medics and US soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 30th Infantry Regiment of the 10th Mountain Division carry a wounded Iraqi man after they arrive at their base combat hospital to give him medical treatment on May 16, 2008 in Baghdad, Iraq. A joint patrol with Iraqi National Police encountered a group of three men digging in an area of frequent insurgent mortar activity, when the wounded man started to run and was shot in the leg.
