McConnell Up Against It

Some surprising resistance to the Kentucky senator in his home state. I wonder if the anti-incumbent mood in some part of the, er, Appalachian-style states might lead more voters to vote Democrat in the down-ticket races this fall. If they have to vote for McCain to keep the, er, "liberal" out of office, maybe they’ll feel more comfortable voting for a Democrat in the House and Senate. Just thinking out loud …
