A "Mythbusters" video exploring Chinese water torture. This myth wasn’t busted. One woman, restrained and with the option of ending it at any moment, lasted an hour and a half:
"It was much scarier than I expected."
Note: this has nothing to do with "waterboarding," whose effects are much more like electrocution. Dick Cheney’s arrogance is only matched by his incompetence and ignorance.
