– Janati's remarks at Friday sermon are against religious and Iranian law
– announcing that "confessions" are being "taken" is a serious breach of law
– not allowing peaceful protests is unconstitutional
– keeping prisoners without warrants after 24 hours is illegalHe warns all judges that any such warrants would be criminal, baseless, and directly conflict "Leader's Differentiation of Friends & Foes" declarations. He also announces that "Confrontation" or "dispersement" of peaceful gatherings and demonstrations is a direct violation of constitutional rights, "No matter who orders it."
