Things are looking tenuous in Albany:

“I think we’re going to have a real good, complete, concluding package,” Skelos said. “I think we have all of that resolved. Language is being worked on, and hopefully we can conclude by tomorrow.”

So what’s left? Gay marriage — and Skelos would not commit to calling a vote on it. Even if a majority of the 62 senators would support same-sex marriage in a floor vote, as advocates suspect, Skelos said bringing it to the floor hinges on what happens in the Senate GOP conference — which is overwhelmingly opposed to it.
