Republicans On The ACA

Gallup finds that they do not believe the law will do anything to help those who currently have no insurance and will make things much, much worse for those who are sick. This fantasy island is understandably not shared by Independents, let alone Democrats. You can make a case against the law, arguing that its costs outweigh its benefits. But arguing that the law will make no difference for those without health insurance is simply unhinged. Republicans believe it because they want to believe it. It has no basis in reality – like so much that this deranged party now believes.
