I realize you can't turn into a public posting board for disaster plights, but because of the Dish's special connection to beagles and because of the huge number of readers you have in downtown Manhattan, I'm hoping against hope that you'll decide to post this: A friend of mine lost his dog this afternoon during a walk. The dog slipped out of his collar and took off running. If you are in downtown Manhattan, please keep an eye peeled for Arthur. Arthur is an adorable, shy Beagle with brown and white spotting on his coat. His tail is almost perfectly half-white and half-brown. He is not wearing a collar, but has a microchip.
