Putin simply quoted an old Russian joke that one can find all over Russian internet. The art-performance that Putin referred to – "Screw for the little bear – heir apparent" (little bear – play on the name of Medvedev which derives from Medved' – Bear) – was not "group sex" but was exhibitionist sex performed by the group War in the Biology museum.
